Bold and busy, the Stuhrling men's Louis Master Calendar automatic watch is the stylish timekeeping equivalent of a businessman's Blackberry. This handsome watch is constructed with a 43-millimeter gold-tone case, a gold-tone gear-shaped stainless steel bezel, and a 20-millimeter black leather band with pushbutton-deployment clasp. A strong synthetic sapphire window protects the unusual dial face, which features gold-tone hour dashes and an Arabic numeral at 12 o'clock. Three gold-tone sub-dials settled between four and eight o'clock depict the day, month, and 24-hour clock, while just below 12 o'clock rests a date calendar. In addition, this striking watch includes automatic-self-wind movement and is water resistant to 165 feet.

1One of the worst automatics  Mar 07, 2010 By G. Georgiev
This watch is a huge disappointment. After not even a year, it already broke. Automatics are supposed to last a long time. Too bad this thing didn't even make it through a year. I agree with the first review: this watch was probably made in china.

1At a loss for words  May 20, 2009 By Anthony "AW"
the second I saw this thing I knew I was sending it back. The fact that the clasp was missing a piece (couldn't put it on) just helped the decision. would have been fine if it were $50 (and came with a working clasp), but it's too expensive for a "toy." Picture was very misleading: is it a cartoon or photo? Also, my guess is it was completely made in china. For [...] bucks it didn't even come in a watch case. It came in a cheap carboard braclet type box that was partially crushed. couldn't have been more dissapointed. The return went smoothly and all is well, but I won't be looking at this brand again.

5Went ahead and got this watch  Feb 16, 2010 By RollingPandaMan
My first impression was how much shinier this watch was in person than it's shown in the pictures here. Normally the strap wouldn't fit my wrist because I have very small wrists, but I got that leather hole puncher a couple weeks back and sized it so it's perfect. My favorite part about this watch is the gear design. I don't see too many like that around.

5stuhrling original men's special  Jun 02, 2008 By Lindsay Blake "watch--mania"
Definitely a great purchase. Took it to a jeweler, very impressive, great compliments on the band and the overall look of the watch.

4Watch/Clock Connoisseur  Dec 14, 2009 By Francisco C. Bonilla "fcb"
I am a admirer of watch and clocks since my Grandfather owned a antique shop which retailed in clocks and watches.

When I shopped online for watches I was not looking for this. I was looking for De Witt a very luxurios and exclusive brand of watch. In high regards with Rolex and Omega.

I later found out that Stuhrling is one trade mark of De Witt.

If you think you are not getting the real deal, you are getting the real thing and at a bargain. When I got this I could tell it was the real thing. You would never think at such a great price.
