These sunglasses are basically Revo knockoffs at a fraction of the price. I love Revo's blue lens styles, but most of their sunglasses cost over $200, and that seems hard to justify for non-prescription sunglasses that can be scratched, broken, or lost. The JiMarti imitations look nice and feel solid. They may not be Revo quality, but I'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference. They're noticeably better than the $10-20 sunglasses you find in supermarkets and drugstores, which are rarely polarized and which tend to break easily. These are polarized and seem scratch-resistant thus far. My only disappointment is that the lenses are a little larger than I had hoped, but they are probably about average in that regard, and this is, of course, just a matter of personal taste. Shipping was also incredibly fast.
All in all, an ideal solution if you're willing to pay a few extra dollars -- but not a couple hundred -- for better quality.

Over the years, I have consistently been relegated to buying the $150+ pair sunglasses because I am incredibly sensitive to poor optics. I can't afford to keep doing that because I am really tough on my sunglasses and although they are expensive, they never hold up (serious design flaw in my opinion for that expense). I am routinely disappointed at the 'cheaper' (<$75/ pair) sunglasses because they either sit funny and I can't adjust them, or they cause headaches and eyestrain. I saw a couple reviews that indicated these might be different, and decided to take a chance. These are amazing! They sit exactly right on my face, and it is like looking out of my own eyeballs. I cannot tell I have glasses on except that I am no longer squinting. These are incredible, and durable, and I am absolutely amazed at the price. In addition, they include all kinds of useful goodies- lens cloth, hard and soft cases, and those little wrap around eyeglass holders (2 types- neoprene and rope-like).
I also bought a sports pair Polarized Sunglasses for Fishing, Cycling, Golf, Kayaking Superlight Tr90 Frame JMP44. A lot of people didn't like how flimsy they felt- yes, they are REALLY light, but they are incredibly flexible and I ride and run with them. They have been dropped and kicked (accidentally), and thrown into my book bag without the case, and have come away without so much as a crack. I don't care if they 'feel' flimsy- they are the perfect weight and the flexibility means they won't break as easily as others. They also have the excellent optics this pair has and came with all the same goodies. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will be buying more for my family since I think the ones I just bought are going to last a LONG time without needing replacement (otherwise I would stock up!).

Great Low Cost Alternative May 06, 2010

The JiMarti P37 sunglasses are superb (emerald green) with excellent quality lens and frame (one note the frame does creek if bent). The frame itself as not shown in the picture has two bars connecting the sunglasses together (one over the nose and another thinner support bar on the top of the glasses) which really helps add structure to the frame without loosing its appearance quality (i dont know if this is a new feature but it is not shown in the pictures above). The rubber ear pieces are comfortable and hold the glasses in place as do the adjustable nose piece. With the sunglasses came a sturdy case and a softer bag to hold and keep them dust free along with several neck pieces to prevent your sunglasses from hitting the ground when doing outdoor activities (sunglass strap things?! hope that makes sense). One last note, JiMarti was very quick with delivery sending the sunglasses the day of the order (ordered at noon) and they arrived 5 days earlier than the expected delivery date.

To my surprise, when I received the sunglasses they fit perfectly. The product is durable and doesn't feel cheap. In addition, they also sent a hard shell carrying case, lens wipes, and a soft bag case. These are the second pair of sunglasses I've purchased from them and will continue to do business with them in the future!
